- Download the Nestology app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Sign up with your phone number and verify via OTP sent to your phone.
- Set up your child's profile with their age and details.
- Explore the learning program, foundations and various activities.
Account & Subscription
Manage your account and subscription with ease:
- Subscription management:Your subscription is handled through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Visit your device's subscription settings to view, modify, or cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Profile updates:You can update your child's information and preferences directly within the app.
- Account deletion: To delete your account, visit Account Deletion or email us at [email protected]. Please note that account deletion permanently removes all data and cannot be undone.
App Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing issues with the app, try the following:
- App not loading: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try restarting the app.
- OTP not received: Check that your phone number is entered correctly with the right country code. Wait at least 30 seconds and try again. If you've exceeded the maximum attempts, wait sometime before retrying. If the issue persists, contact us.
- Content not updating: Try closing and reopening the app.
- Subscription not reflecting: Ensure your payment was processed successfully in your App Store or Play Store. Try restoring purchases within the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase receipt.
- App crashing:Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store. If the problem continues, please reach out to us with your device details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Download the Nestology app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and sign up using your phone number. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your number and complete the registration. No password is required - authentication is entirely OTP-based.
Currently, your account is tied to your phone number. If you need to change your registered phone number, please contact us at [email protected] or call +91 95997 75221, and we will assist you with the update.
Make sure your phone number is entered correctly with the correct country code. Check that your device has network signal and SMS reception. Wait at least 30 seconds before requesting a new OTP. If you've attempted too many times, wait sometime before trying again (the app has rate limiting for security). If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].
Your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To view, change, or cancel your subscription, go to your device's subscription settings. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also reach out to us at [email protected] for any subscription-related queries.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nestology → Cancel. On Android, go to Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Nestology → Cancel. Please note that we cannot process cancellations on our end as payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple (for iOS purchases) or Google (for Android purchases), not by Nestology directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS or contact Google Play support for Android. Refund eligibility is subject to their respective policies.
Absolutely. We take data privacy very seriously. All personal and child-related information is securely stored and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. User-uploaded media is stored in private storage accessible only via time-limited secure links. Yes! Nestology allows you to invite family members and caregivers to join your space. They can view progress, contribute to tracking, and stay connected - all within the app.
You can request account deletion by visiting getnestology.com/account-deletion or by emailing [email protected]. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including all child profiles, tracking history, uploaded media, and chat messages. This action cannot be undone.
Nestology collects your phone number (for login), name, and optionally your email and profile photo. If you choose to use our trackers, we store the health and developmental data you enter for your child (such as sleep, feeding, growth, and milestone data).
