Requesting Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your Nestology account and all associated personal data at any time. To request account deletion, please contact us at [email protected]with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your personal profile information
- Your account credentials and login information
- Child's developmental data and milestones
- Activity logs and usage history
- Any uploaded photos or content
- Communication history and messages
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Financial records required for accounting purposes
- Information required to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized data used for analytics and service improvement
Irreversible Action
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data or access your account. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.
